The CapitalPartajat platform facilitates the pooling of private capital for the development of commercial spaces and logistics parks through shared investment models (real estate crowdfunding). The platform serves as an intermediary between project initiators and investors.

2. Rights and Obligations

2.1. For Users (Investors)

• You have the right to access public information about projects.
• You are obligated to provide accurate and complete information upon registration.
• Investments are made at your own risk. The platform does not guarantee returns.
• You are responsible for understanding the risks associated with collective investments.

2.2. For Project Initiators

• You have the obligation to present the project with verifiable, complete, and non-misleading information.
• You are responsible for fulfilling the commitments made to investors.
• The platform reserves the right to reject or suspend any project that does not meet the criteria.

3. Limitation of Liability

CapitalPartajat acts as an intermediary. We are not a party to the contracts between initiators and investors. We do not guarantee the success of projects, the absolute accuracy of information provided by initiators, or the achievement of a specific financial return. Our liability is limited to the value of the commissions charged, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Financial Terms and Payments

Investments are finalized through authorized payment partners. Commissions are presented transparently for each project before commitment. Any promise of fund return or reimbursement is subject to the specific project conditions and associated legal documents. There are no guarantees of reimbursement or profit.

5. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, interferes with the platform's operation, or provides false information. The user may cease using the platform at any time.

6. Changes to the Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Changes will be communicated through the platform and will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
